Safety infrastructure for organizations whose people face elevated risk.

Soteria Enterprise gives your members device-first evidence preservation, GPS check-ins, and silent alerts — wired into your organization's safety policy without exposing anyone's content to leadership, HR, or compliance. The architecture protects them. You see only what the law requires you to see.

  • Aggregate-only dashboard
  • OAuth-only auth, no passwords
  • Member data never leaves the device by default

Built by someone who needed it.

Soteria was built by a survivor of domestic violence who filed reports through institutional channels that failed to act — and who built the evidence-preservation tool she wished had existed at the moment it was needed. The product exists because the systems meant to protect people did not show up, and the record had to be made anyway.

That architectural commitment to member privacy is why your healthcare workers, your reporters, your shelter staff, and your election workers can use Soteria without fearing the company stores their content. The institution buys safety infrastructure for people who are at risk. The company architecturally cannot betray those people.

Who deploys Soteria Enterprise

Healthcare

Hospital systems, home health agencies, clinics, and behavioral health networks — for staff facing patient violence and facilities operating in elevated-risk contexts.

News & Media

Newsrooms, investigative units, freelance journalist collectives — for reporters facing threats while covering hostile beats.

Nonprofit

Advocacy organizations and community support nonprofits whose staff and clients face targeted violence and harassment tied to the work they do and the people they serve.

Government

Civic-infrastructure and public-service agencies — for workers facing threats during home visits and at public-facing posts.

Professional Services

Real estate brokerages, hotel chains, rideshare driver cooperatives — for staff facing assault patterns documented in their industry.

Other

Any organization whose people work in unsafe situations. If your industry isn't listed, it doesn't mean Soteria isn't for you.

What your organization can never see

The aggregate-only dashboard is not a policy. It is the architecture. Even if leadership demands access, even if HR subpoenas us, even if a hostile party gains admin credentials — there is no path to individual member content. It is not stored on Lonia AI servers in a form anyone can read.

  • Device-first capture — recordings are created and held on the member's device.
  • On-device transcription — transcripts are generated locally, not in the cloud.
  • Cloud backup is opt-in and member-controlled — never enabled by the organization.
  • Duress override is invisible to the organization — coercion protections leave no admin-visible trace.
  • The admin dashboard shows only aggregate enrollment and session counts.
  • Scale-aware k-anonymity thresholds suppress even aggregate data below 100 members.
  • OAuth-only authentication with no password storage anywhere in the system.
  • WORM evidence chain at the client layer — even Lonia AI cannot tamper with evidence after capture.

Graduated pricing. Lower per-seat cost as you scale.

Graduated pricing means each band's rate applies only to the seats that fall in that band — not a flat rate retroactively applied to all of your seats. As you grow into higher bands, only the seats in those bands get the lower rate; the seats below keep their original rate.

First 1,000 seats

$4.99

per seat / month

Seats 1,001–5,000

$4.49

per seat / month

Seats 5,001–10,000

$3.99

per seat / month

Above 10,000

$3.50

per seat / month

Worked example. If you have 4,500 seats, your monthly cost is 1,000 × $4.99 + 3,500 × $4.49 = $20,705/month. Not 4,500 × $4.49 = $20,205, and not 4,500 × $4.99 = $22,455. You pay the graduated rate for each seat in its band.

How payment works

Soteria Enterprise is billed by ACH bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards at any contract size. ACH keeps processing costs near zero, which means more of your safety budget stays inside your organization instead of going to payment processors.

Annual prepay includes one month free — pay for 11 months, get 12 months of service. Most organizations choose annual to lock in the lowest effective per-seat rate.

Wire transfer is available as a backup for AP systems that cannot do ACH. Contact us if your finance team needs that path.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does graduated pricing work?

Each band’s rate applies only to the seats that fall within that band, not retroactively to every seat. Your first 1,000 seats are billed at $4.99 each, seats 1,001 through 5,000 at $4.49 each, seats 5,001 through 10,000 at $3.99 each, and every seat above 10,000 at $3.50 each. Your effective per-seat rate goes down as you scale, but the lower bands are never re-priced upward.

Why ACH-only? Can I use a credit card?

Soteria Enterprise is billed by ACH bank transfer only. ACH keeps processing costs near zero, which means more of your safety budget stays inside your organization instead of going to payment processors. Credit cards are not offered at any contract size. Wire transfer is available as a backup for AP systems that cannot do ACH.

What does "one month free with annual" mean?

Annual prepay bills you for eleven months and gives you twelve months of service. The math is your monthly cost multiplied by 11, not 12 — the twelfth month is free. Most organizations choose annual to lock in the lowest effective per-seat rate.

What happens after I complete checkout?

Within a few minutes of completing checkout, your first admin signs in to the admin dashboard at enterprise.soteria.lonia.ai by choosing Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft — using the organization account for the admin email you provided. There is no separate password to create, manage, or rotate. Once signed in, you verify your organization’s email domain or domains, invite your other admins, and then invite your members.

How does my organization see what members are doing?

You see aggregate enrollment and session counts only. You can never see an individual member’s content, location, or session activity. This is enforced by architecture, not policy — there is no path, dashboard, or export that exposes individual member data to the organization.

What if we need to add seats later?

Yes. Seats can be added at any time through the admin dashboard, and billing prorates automatically. You are never locked into your initial seat count.

Can we cancel?

Yes, anytime, through the admin dashboard or the Stripe Billing Portal. There are no cancellation penalties.
